Project and Personnel Management

  • Manage client portfolios
  • Design project plans to maximize efficiency, completeness, consistency, and productivity

  • Quickly learn and assess business and technical needs to identify obtainable goals, elicit requirements (technical, business, product, and process), forecast costs, and calculate ROI
  • Reconcile business/product objectives, perspectives of target audiences, and technical capabilities
  • Combine requirements from multiple sources to develop analyses and attainment strategies
